Sanyou Bio mRNA preparation offers end-to-end service with a rapid and seamless pipeline, from target sequence design to high-quality mRNA synthesis and optional LNP encapsulation in about 2 weeks, delivering precision solutions for specific customer needs.
Varlous antigen selection: includes difficult-to-express targets such as multi-pass transmembrane proteins.
Al-drlven codon design: improves mRNA stability and protein expression.
GMP materlal preparation: generates high quality plasmid with low endotoxin level<10 EU/mg.
In-vitro mRNA transcription: mRNA quality tested by comprehensive QC methods.
mRNA LNP packaging: guarantees the efficient delivery of mRNA-LNP with quality assurance.
Note: additional time required for customized QC service plus 3-7 days of rotational periods.
